A Sawyer's Inc. Crestline Deluxe 500 slide projector, Stock No. 6258, serial number 12881. This unit is designed for 2x2 inch slide mounts and is equipped with a 4-inch f/3.5 Anastigmat lens. The main body is constructed of die-cast metal with a dark gray textured finish, while the base and integrated carrying case cover are made of off-white plastic. The front control panel features dedicated knobs for Horizontal Tilt, Lamp, Forward-Reverse, and Focus, alongside a central metal slide-changing lever. The rear technical plate indicates power requirements of 117 Volts, 60 Cycle A.C., and a total power consumption of 575 Watts, designed for use with a 500 Watt DAK lamp. This lot includes the original cardboard shipping and storage box, a wired remote control with buttons for forward/reverse and focus, and the attached power cord. Dimensions: H approx. 26.7 cm x W approx. 29.8 cm (measured from carrying case). Condition: The projector body is in very good cosmetic condition with minimal surface wear. The remote control unit shows surface wear and a circular adhesive residue mark on the top. The original cardboard box is in fair condition, exhibiting significant storage wear, including tears, creases, and old tape repairs. The unit is sold as a vintage collectible; electrical functionality and lamp life have not been tested.
