A set of 11 sterling silver pastry forks manufactured by the Canadian silversmith Henry Birks and Sons. Each fork is designed with four tines, featuring a characteristic notch to the outer left tine. The handles are of simple, tapered form with a central longitudinal ridge and a pointed terminal, each engraved with a Gothic-style monogram letter H. The reverse of each stem is stamped with the mark BIRKS STERLING. The set is accompanied by a green protective felt storage roll. Weight: 358 g (as measured on a scale) Dimensions: Length approx. 14.6 cm (measured against a ruler). Condition: The forks display surface wear, tarnish, and fine scratches consistent with age and domestic use.
