Porcelain Doll and Antique Wicker Pram

Updated August 27, 2026

Porcelain headed doll with an antique wicker doll carriage. The doll has a porcelain shoulder head with painted blue eyes, lashes and brows, blushed cheeks, and orange lips. The blonde mohair style wig sits on a pate that shows through where the hair has thinned. Hair is dry and tangled. Cloth body with porcelain lower arms, molded hands, and porcelain lower legs with molded black shoes over white stockings. No mold number, maker mark, or country stamp anywhere on the head or shoulder plate, so age and maker are unknown. Judge on looks and condition. The carriage is the better piece. Wicker doll pram, woven body, folding hood, painted blue over natural reed with much of the paint worn away, on four wire spoke steel wheels painted mustard yellow that now show heavy rust. Wood and painted metal handle and hood braces, blue metal panel at the foot end. Loose and broken reed at the hood edge and body rim. Old pad and fabric remain in the bed. Carriage condition is fair with honest wear. Estimated Value: $75 to $150 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
