Effanbee Honey Restrung Hard Plastic Girl Doll & O

Updated August 22, 2026

This Effanbee Honey doll is constructed of hard plastic with a five-piece jointed body including the neck, shoulders, and hips. The doll features blue sleep eyes with synthetic eyelashes, painted lower lashes, and red painted lips. Her blonde wig is styled in a mid-length curled coiffure accented by a light blue satin ribbon bow. She comes dressed in a vintage light blue sheer dress with a white floral print, featuring a large lace-trimmed V-collar and a light blue-ribbon sash. The multi-piece ensemble is completed by a pink net petticoat with lace trim, white bloomers, white knit socks, and white patent leather-style Mary Jane shoes with white bows and gold-tone buckles. The doll is marked Effanbee on both the back of the neck and the upper back. This example has been restrung. Height: 15 inches. Overall good vintage condition showing expected light surface wear and mottling to the hard plastic limbs and torso. There are minor rub marks to the inner legs and light frizzing to the wig. The clothing is well-preserved with minor fraying to the sash ends.
