A group of CA silver currency comprising denominations of 10 cents and 25 cents. The coinage dates to the reign of King George V, with visible dates including 1918. The obverse of each specimen features the crowned bust of King George V. The reverse design features the denomination and date within a maple leaf wreath. The coins are struck in sterling silver (.925 fineness). Suggested reference (unverified): KM 23 (10 Cents), KM 24 (25 Cents). Condition: The coins exhibit significant wear consistent with heavy circulation, particularly to the higher relief areas of the portraits and wreaths. Surfaces show numerous nicks and dark toning within the design recesses. The dates on several 25-cent pieces are heavily worn, with only one being clearly legible as 1918.
