A pair of Canadian silver 50-cent coins comprising one dated 1950 and one dated 1952. These specimens are struck in .800 fineness silver. The obverse features the King George VI portrait by Thomas Humphrey Paget, with the inscription GEORGIVS VI DEI GRATIA REX. The reverse displays the 1921 Arms of Canada design by George Kruger Gray, with the initials K.G visible. Reverse inscriptions include 50 CENTS and CANADA along with the respective dates of issue. Both coins feature a reeded edge. Suggested reference (unverified): KM# 45. Condition: Both coins are in circulated condition, showing moderate wear to the relief of the obverse portrait and the heraldic details of the reverse. Natural toning is evident across the surfaces, and there are various minor contact marks and light scratches consistent with time in circulation.
