RCBS 6mm Remington 2 Die Full Length Set

An RCBS full length die set for 6mm Remington, Group A, in the green RCBS box with the part number T1501 on the end label. The set holds the full length sizing die with its decapping rod and expander ball and the bullet seating die with an adjustable seater plug. The 6mm Remington began life as the 244 Remington on a necked down 257 Roberts case and grew into one of the better dual purpose rounds in the country, flat enough for coyotes at long range and heavy enough for whitetail with a good 100 grain bullet. Full length sizing brings fired brass back to chamber dimensions so rounds feed and chamber in any 6mm Remington rifle. The seater sets bullet depth and carries a roll crimp shoulder for loads that call for one. Condition is very good. The dies are bright with light staining on the knurling and lock rings, no pitting, and the threads run clean with the adjustments moving freely. The green box is aged with soiling, edge wear and a stained end label. Estimated Value: $30 to $45 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
