Southern folk art face jug by Georgia potter Billy Joe Craven. The jug features a blue and purple l drip glaze with cascading runs and mottled iron coloring across the body. The face has heavily incised eyebrows and mustache, wide white-glazed eyes with amber pupils looking upward, and a small open mouth with a single prominent white ceramic tooth.
