Two Whitman folding cent albums, not one book, and neither is full. Album one is LINCOLN HEAD CENT COLLECTION STARTING 1941 NUMBER TWO, No. 9030, with 88 slots, 59 filled and 29 empty. Album two is LINCOLN MEMORIAL CENT COLLECTION STARTING 1959, Whitman 9000, with 82 slots, 48 filled and 34 empty. Across both books that is 170 slots holding 107 coins, with 63 openings empty. The gaps include the 1941-S, 1942-S and 1947-S in the wheat book and all six proof and mint-set slots on page two of the Memorial book, four of which the owner marked in ink with notes such as CARD and Mint Set. Both third pages are nearly bare. The coins are mostly circulated brown wheat and Memorial cents; the 1978-D slot holds a spotted coin and the three 1943 steel cents are gray and dull. Dates come from the printed and handwritten slot labels, not from the coins, which cannot be read at this magnification. Both covers are worn and album one has an abraded patch where a label was pulled off. Estimated Value: $10 to $20. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
