A Canadian maple leaf brooch featuring a stylized leaf motif with a diamond-cut textured finish to the front surface, designed to mimic natural veining. The reverse is finished with a smooth polish and is fitted with a pin and revolving safety catch. The reverse is stamped with the literal characters BMCo above the words STERLING and FRONT. The piece is presented in its original clear plastic display box with labels reading STERLING SILVER and MADE IN CANADA. Weight: 3 g Dimensions: approx. W 32 mm x H 25 mm (measured against a ruler). Condition: The brooch is in good condition with no significant wear or damage to the silvered surface. The revolving pin mechanism is functional. The clear plastic lid of the original display box has a significant crack and visible stress marks across the left side.
