A Kodak Hawkeye Flashfun roll film camera, manufactured by the Canadian Kodak Co., Limited in Toronto, Canada. The body is constructed from two-tone moulded plastic in beige and terracotta brown with a horizontal ribbed finish. It features a fixed-focus meniscus lens set within a clear circular plastic housing. The upper section incorporates a large silver-tone flash reflector designed for AG-1 flashbulbs, protected by a clear plastic guard. The front faceplate is inscribed with Kodak, FLASHFUN, and Hawkeye CAMERA. The reverse is embossed with a flash distance guide for Kodak Verichrome Pan and colour films. The base is marked with manufacturing details, film requirements for Kodak 127 film, and a locking slider for the film compartment. A black winding knob is located on the base, and a black shutter release lever is positioned on the side. The camera includes an attached black synthetic neck strap. Dimensions (measured from visible ruler): H 14 cm (only inches shown on scale). Condition: Fair cosmetic condition with visible dust and minor debris within the flash reflector housing and along body seams. The internal flashbulb socket shows some discoloration. The plastic body exhibits light surface wear and minor grime consistent with age. Shutter and winding mechanisms have not been tested for timing accuracy or with film.
