Eclectic collection of vintage decorative and souvenir bells in wood, pottery, ceramic, copper/brass-tone metal and enameled metal, with a strong Southwestern and Western theme. Includes a DeGrazia bell, Southwestern pottery bells decorated with geometric and figural designs, wooden-handled bells, a copper-tone cowbell, carved and turned wood examples, and several whimsical figural pieces. DeGrazia decorative bells are established collectibles associated with the Arizona artist's distinctive Southwestern imagery. Also included is a distinctive 3.5" tall blue enameled metal souvenir bell with Northwest Coast–style totem-pole figural handle, featuring stacked animal figures, outstretched wings, bright blue enamel and a one-piece metal clapper. Similar small blue metal totem-pole souvenir bells are documented as collectible decorative bells. Other pieces include a red chile pepper-themed bell and striker, colorful star-handled bell, Native-inspired figural bell, and assorted unusual decorative hand bells. A fun mixed collection with considerable variety in materials, forms, colors and regional motifs. Various pieces show age-related surface wear, patina and finish variation. See photos for details.
