Trio of Antique German Shoulder Head Dolls

A collection of three antique German china head dolls, including a 16 inch lady with a professional shoulder plate repair and a sewn-on dark brown two-piece Victorian gown. The 11 inch doll is incised 2 C on the shoulder plate and features blonde molded hair with a green polka-dot dress over a replaced cloth body. The 10 inch doll is incised with a 2 and is notable for its printed pattern body and sleeves made from Spanish-American War commemorative map fabric depicting Cuba. Each figure is finished with painted features and molded porcelain lower limbs. Heights: 16 inches, 11 inches, 10 inches. This group displays expected age-related wear to the porcelain and antique textiles. The 16 inch doll has a repaired shoulder plate, and the smaller dolls feature replaced bodies to support the original components.
