This collection consists of three German dolls with bisque heads, including an Ernst Heubach mold 1902 shoulder head, a Superba trade name leather body doll with a William Goebel marked head. The third is a Heubach Koppelsdorf mold 275socket head. The figures are constructed with gusseted kid leather or jointed cloth bodies and feature blue glass sleep eyes, mohair wigs, and open mouths with inset teeth. Attire includes a formal plaid suit, a white lace dress with a matching ribbon, and simple cotton undergarments. 17 inches 14 inches 11.5 inches. The dolls display expected signs of age and handling, with the bisque components remaining largely well-preserved. The kid and cloth bodies show typical surface darkening and staining that is characteristic of the period and expected for dolls of this age.
