1911 Liberty Head V Nickel, struck at the Philadelphia Mint. This late-date Liberty Nickel is an interesting issue from the final years of the series and a popular addition for collectors of classic U.S. five-cent pieces. Please review the photos for the exact condition, surfaces, strike, and overall appearance. The Liberty Head Nickel was designed by Charles E. Barber and was produced from 1883 through 1912. The obverse features Liberty surrounded by stars, while the reverse displays the Roman numeral “V” within a wreath.
