1915-S Lincoln Cent, struck at the San Francisco Mint. This early Lincoln Wheat Cent is a desirable semi-key date, particularly in higher grades, and is an important issue for collectors building a complete date-and-mint collection. Please review the photos for the exact condition, color, luster, surfaces, and overall appearance. The Lincoln Cent was introduced in 1909 and features Victor David Brenner’s portrait of Abraham Lincoln on the obverse and the classic wheat-ear reverse. The 1915-S had a mintage of only 4,833,000 coins, making it significantly scarcer than the Philadelphia and Denver issues of the same year.
