1952 S Lincoln Cent - PCGS MS66RD

1952-S Lincoln Cent graded PCGS MS66RD, struck at the San Francisco Mint. This sharply preserved Wheat Cent displays a premium Red (RD) designation and Mint State 66 grade from PCGS. The Lincoln Cent was designed by Victor David Brenner and features Abraham Lincoln on the obverse with the classic wheat-ear reverse. The 1952-S had a mintage of 137,800,004 coins and was struck in a bronze alloy of 95% copper and 5% tin and zinc. The coin weighs approximately 3.11 grams and measures 19 mm in diameter. The MS66RD designation indicates the coin was graded Mint State 66 by PCGS and retains the original red coloration characteristic of the RD designation. PCGS lists this issue under catalog number 2803.
