1953 D Lincoln Cent - PCGS MS66RD

1953-D Lincoln Cent graded PCGS MS66RD, struck at the Denver Mint. This beautifully preserved Wheat Cent carries a premium Red (RD) designation along with a Mint State 66 grade from PCGS. The Lincoln Cent was designed by Victor David Brenner and features Abraham Lincoln on the obverse with the classic wheat-ear reverse. The 1953-D had a mintage of 701,182,550 coins and was struck in a bronze alloy composed of 95% copper and 5% tin and zinc. The coin weighs approximately 3.11 grams and measures 19 mm in diameter. The MS66RD grade indicates the coin was certified by PCGS in Mint State 66 condition with the original red coloration qualifying it for the Red (RD) designation.
