AVAILABLE for SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > A group of three vintage hard shell fishing tackle boxes, including examples bearing UMCO and REBEL branding, together with an assortment of previously used freshwater fishing tackle. Each box opens to reveal tiered or divided storage trays above a larger lower compartment. The contents include assorted hard body plugs, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, spoons, feathered flies, soft plastic worms, bobbers, hooks, leaders, swivels, line, terminal tackle, and miscellaneous fishing accessories. Several packages bear the CREME name of Tyler, Texas, including Mini Tail soft plastic baits, while another package contains Stren clear blue fluorescent monofilament line. UMCO became well known for lightweight aluminum and later plastic tackle boxes, while Rebel marketed both artificial lures and branded tackle storage during the later twentieth century. Creme Lure Company holds an important place in American bass fishing history through founder Nick Creme’s pioneering production of soft plastic fishing worms. The three boxes and all visible contents are offered together as one lot. This varied collection is suited for fishing use, sorting for individual collectible lures, supplying a cabin or tackle room, restoration, display, or adding to an established vintage angling collection. CONDITION REPORT > As discovered and not individually inventoried or tested. The tackle boxes exhibit accumulated dirt, staining, fading, discoloration, scratches, surface wear, and age related residue. The assorted lures and accessories show varying degrees of use, oxidation, tangled line, worn finishes, missing components, and storage wear. Hooks may remain sharp and should be handled carefully.
