A group of Canadian silver coins comprising commemorative 10-cent pieces struck for the 1967 Centennial of Confederation. Each coin features the Arnold Machin second effigy of Elizabeth II on the obverse, with the circumscribed legend ELIZABETH II D.G. REGINA. The reverse displays the Alex Colville mackerel design swimming to the right, with the denomination 10 CENTS at the top and the dual dates 1867-1967 above CANADA. The pieces are struck in silver alloy and exhibit reeded edges. Suggested reference (unverified): KM 67. Condition: The coins are in circulated condition, showing surface wear, flattening to the high points of the design, and numerous contact marks. Toning varies across the group from bright silver to light gold; one specimen displays heavy, dark iridescent environmental toning to the obverse.
