A collection of Canadian 10-cent coins struck in silver alloy, with mint years ranging from 1941 to 1965. The reverse of each coin features the schooner Bluenose under sail, accompanied by the inscriptions CANADA, 10 CENTS, and the specific mint year. The obverse designs include the profile portrait of King George VI on the 1941 and 1942 coins with the legend GEORGIVS VI D : G : REX ET IND : IMP :. The 1957 and 1964 specimens feature the laureate portrait of a young Queen Elizabeth II with the legend ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA, while the 1965 coin displays the tiara-clad mature portrait of the Queen with the abbreviated legend ELIZABETH II D • G • REGINA. All coins are struck with reeded edges. Condition: The coins exhibit wear consistent with circulation, particularly to the higher relief areas of the designs. Toning is present throughout the collection, with significant orange and dark environmental spotting noted on the 1942 and 1957 coins. No major cleaning or significant surface damage is apparent.
