This original pair of WWII German WHW Regional Donation Badges represent charity memorabilia from the Third Reich era. The set consists of two badges: the "Niederdonau" version in an off-white molded plastic frame shows a woman in a purple and green dirndl with a gold cap, while the mint-green "Salzburg" frame depicts a man in a traditional green jacket and lederhosen. Both feature multi-color machine-embroidered silken thread inserts on cloth bases, housed within molded plastic frames. They retain their original steel safety pin fasteners on the reverse, with minor surface rust and adhesive stabilization on the Salzburg badge. Each badge measures 1.75 inches in height and 1.25 inches in width. Age-toning is present on the fabric, and the plastic frames exhibit minor edge scuffing and light paint flaking. Items are noted to be in very good vintage condition. SC
