Eight authentic WWII German WHW (Winterhilfswerk) Meissen Terracotta Constellation Badges and Ornaments. Produced by the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory, each badge is crafted from red-brown, unglazed clay and highlighted with hand-painted yellow stars representing various astronomical constellations. The set includes: one Schwan (Swan), three Leier (Lyre) with purple accents, two Adler (Eagle) with green accents, one Grosser Bär (Great Bear), and one Drache (Dragon). The badges are in excellent vintage condition, retaining crisp original paint and a mix of original steel safety pins and woven cotton hanging strings. No cracks or notable chips are present. Badges measure 1 inches in height and 1/2 - 1 inches in width. SC
