This woolen side cap features a khaki-green construction and displays a national roundel insignia stitched to the front. An integrated ear and neck flap is designed to button securely under the chin for cold weather use, shown extended in one image. The interior bears a sewn manufacturer’s tag marked Bamberger Mützen Industrie and is dated IX/1966, indicating production in September 1966. The tag also shows size 54 and a standardized NATO stock number. Issued to enlisted personnel of the West German Bundeswehr, this cap reflects postwar military uniform standards and material selections. SW
