We understand the unique construction of antique bisque dolls and the delicate nature of their sleep-eye mechanisms. Each doll is individually prepared using professional packing techniques designed specifically for antique dolls to help ensure a safe journey. When appropriate, the wig and pate (skull cap) may be carefully removed so the sleep-eye mechanism can be secured during shipment. The wig and pate will be included with the doll and can be easily reinstalled upon arrival. Every doll is packed with the same level of care we would expect for our own collection. Because of the additional time, materials, and specialized preparation required, an additional handling fee may apply to shipped dolls. While we cannot control the handling of packages once they are in the carrier's possession, we make every effort to prepare your purchase for safe delivery.
