A set of four offset lithographic prints on paper, each depicting a nursery-themed scene in the Dolly Dingle style by illustrator Grace G. Wiederseim (later Grace Drayton). The subjects include young children engaged in gardening activities with a watering can and trowels, and scenes featuring domestic pets such as a cat and a dog. The illustrations are set against bold yellow or blue and green landscape backgrounds. Each work bears the artist signature G. Wiederseim printed in the plate. A mechanical halftone rosette pattern is visible within the printed areas. The prints are housed in uniform black-finished frames with gilt inner slips and glass glazing. A handwritten retail tag on the reverse of one frame identifies the collection as 1940s Dolly Dingle prints. Frame dimensions measured against a ruler: H 26.0 cm x W 21.0 cm. Condition: The paper exhibits noticeable age-related toning and scattered foxing spots, which are particularly prominent on the yellow grounds. There is some minor surface dust and debris visible behind the glass. The frames show light surface scuffing and wear to the edges consistent with age.
