NO SHIPPING ~ LOCAL PICKUP ONLY > A large clear glass pedestal bowl filled with an assorted collection of natural seashells, standing 9" tall and measuring 9" in diameter to the top rim, with the complete grouping weighing just over 5 lbs. The substantial glass bowl is formed with a broad cylindrical body raised on a decorative rounded stem and flared circular foot, creating the classic profile of a pedestal compote or trifle bowl. The clear glass provides an open view of the shells from every side and makes the grouping especially effective as a decorative centerpiece. The collection includes two particularly large spiral shells, along with numerous smaller natural shells in varied forms, colors and textures, including ridged cockle-type shells, scallop forms, clam shells and assorted marine specimens. Natural coloration ranges from cream and ivory to tan, brown, gray, blue-gray and reddish tones. The large shells provide considerable scale and visual interest, while the smaller specimens fill the base and create a layered coastal display. Appropriate as a coastal centerpiece, beach house accent, natural history display, shell collection or decorative table arrangement, with the shells easily removable should the purchaser wish to rearrange or individually display them.
