Atmospheric limited-edition giclée on paper by Israeli artist David Najar (b. 1962), titled Gray Shadows and dated 2012. The composition depicts a tranquil wooded landscape reflected across still water, rendered in a cool palette of blue, gray and silver-gray tones with warmer highlights throughout the foliage. The textured appearance of the image gives the landscape considerable depth and painterly character. The work is hand-signed by Najar at the lower right and numbered 156/350 at the lower left. According to the accompanying Park West Gallery Certificate of Authenticity and appraisal, the image measures 20 3/8 x 15 3/4 inches and is from the Arabic edition of 350, with additional proof editions also produced. Park West registration number 274310.0136. The work is professionally presented under glass with a black mat, narrow metallic liner and an elaborate antiqued silver and gold-tone frame measuring 33 x 28 inches overall. Accompanied by the original Park West Gallery Certificate of Authenticity, appraisal documentation and related paperwork. Condition: Very good overall condition. The image presents very well with strong color and no significant visible tears, staining, fading or other major condition issues observed. Deckled edges appear intentional and are part of the presentation. Frame is also in very good overall condition with minor wear consistent with age and handling. Please be sure and view all photos.
