Eric Waugh (Canadian, b. 1963), Kitty Rythms I, 2009. Original acrylic painting on canvas board by Canadian contemporary artist Eric Waugh (b. 1963), titled Kitty Rythms I, dated 2009. This colorful composition depicts a stylized gray cat seated against a lively geometric and musical background incorporating piano keys, abstract forms, and gold-colored accents. Executed in Waugh's distinctive graphic style with bold black outlines and vivid blocks of color. Signed by the artist lower right and additionally signed and titled Kitty Rythms I on the reverse with identification EW312. The painting measures 10 x 10 inches and is housed in a substantial black and antiqued-gold frame with linen liner and gold inner molding, measuring 17 x 17 inches overall. Accompanied by a Princess Fine Arts Certificate of Authenticity identifying the work as an original acrylic on canvas board, dated 2009, along with Eric Waugh biographical documentation. Condition: Very good overall condition. The artwork presents well with strong colors and no significant visible losses, tears, punctures, or other major condition issues observed.
