Linda Le Kinff — Les Feux de l’Été/. A striking serigraph in color on canvas by French artist Linda Le Kinff (b. 1949). The unusually tall, narrow composition depicts an elegant woman in a flowing red dress accompanied by a black cat, rendered in Le Kinffs distinctive stylized manner and rich palette of reds, purples, blues, and golds. Signed in ink and numbered 14/250 on the verso. From the numbered edition of 250, with additional artist’s proofs, printer’s proofs, and bon à tirer impressions also produced. Accompanied by the original Park West Gallery Certificate of Authenticity and 2009 Park West appraisal, which assigned a retail replacement value of $1,950 at that time. Presented in a substantial gilt frame with white fabric liner. Artwork Dimensions: 32 1/2 × 8 inches. Framed Dimensions: 43 × 18 inches. Condition: Very good condition with strong color and clean presentation. Frame is also in very good overall condition with minor signs of handling consistent with age. This auction house considers the photos to be the condition report. Superbly stunning! Great investment!
