Also present is an Ionic 16mo edition of The Holy Bible, published by the British and Foreign Bible Society, London, and printed by Eyre and Spottiswoode, Ltd. The set further includes a small maroon leather-bound edition of The Poetical Works of Robert Burns published by Collins, and a volume bound in worn mottled brown leather. Bindings vary from cloth to full and half leather, with some volumes featuring gilt edges and marbled page blocks. Measured against a ruler: Largest volume W approx. 27.5 cm.
