The Halina 35X is a 35mm viewfinder camera featuring a die-cast metal body with chrome-plated top and bottom plates and a black textured leatherette covering. It is equipped with a Halina Anastigmat 45mm f/3.5 lens. The manual lens barrel includes an aperture range from f/3.5 to f/16 and a shutter with speeds of 1/25, 1/50, 1/100, 1/200 second, and a bulb setting. The top plate features a cold shoe, a film rewind knob with a directional arrow, a shutter release button, and an integrated frame counter. A circular orange and white H logo is present on the front of the viewfinder housing. The camera is paired with a dark brown leather two-piece ever-ready carrying case that features a stitched construction and is embossed with the manufacturer name. The reverse of the case is stamped with the origin mark Made in Hong Kong. Width approx. 12 cm. Condition: The camera shows cosmetic wear consistent with age, including visible pitting and oxidation on the chrome surfaces and accumulated dust within the crevices and control rings. The lens elements exhibit internal haze and surface dust. The leatherette body covering remains intact. The leather carrying case shows significant drying, surface scuffing, and loss of finish, particularly at the edges and on the strap. Mechanical functionality, including the shutter and film advance, has not been tested.
