Vintage Adlake Kero railroad lantern by Adams & Westlake, marked "N&W RY" for Norfolk & Western Railway. Features a clear glass globe, protective wire cage, ventilated metal top and carrying handle. Estimated mid-1900s. Measures approximately 15.5 inches tall with the handle raised and 6 inches in diameter at the base. Metal surfaces show age-related oxidation, scattered surface rust, dust and handling wear. Clear globe shows cloudiness and residue. Fuel reservoir and burner are present.
