Vintage 1915 Fattorini & Sons mechanical open-face pocket watch featuring a compact 41.29mm (0-size) solid sterling silver case. The dual-hinged interior caseback displays official British sterling purity hallmarks, a 1915 date letter code, a matching case fabrication serial number 87374, and a formal "F&S" sponsor's stamp for Fattorini & Sons. The outer back cover showcases an intricately engraved floral shield pattern. The exceptional solid sterling silver dial features a highly detailed engine-turned perlage finish, an engraved central floral rose design, a cartouche band reading "PATENT", a printed matching dial serial number 87374, painted black Roman numeral hour paths, gold-tone spade-style hands, and a raised, decorative gold foil outer accent ring. The watch is powered by a high-grade Swiss-made mechanical movement signed explicitly "Fattorini & Sons" on the frosted gold-gilt bridge plates, carrying matching movement serial number 87374, an unadjusted balance assembly, and a regulatory pacing arm index labeled for "FAST" and "SLOW".This mechanical watch is not running and just needs a COA (Clean, Oil, and Adjust) professional service for accurate timekeeping
