Vintage 1910s E. Howard Watch Works (The Keystone Watch Case Company) official factory-issued railroad chronometer presentation shipping box and matching original license paperwork document. The exterior features a textured cloth-covered tan hard cardboard design stamped on the front facade text reading "HOWARD RAILROAD CHRONOMETER, CAT. 1175". The side profile panels feature handwritten mechanical matching registry records matching the interior certificate layout. The original inner paper license is filled out with a factory retail price callout of "$75.00" alongside a "5% War Tax $3.75" ink addition, movement serial number 1263132, case serial number 031862, and explicit text callouts reading "NUMBER OF JEWELS 21", "ADJUSTMENT TEMPERATURE ISOCHRONISM AND FIVE POSITIONS". The interior watch tray retains its original circular plush velvet storage insert bed, manufactured by Keystone under exclusive E. Howard Watch Works property patents. This historical horology box and paper set is safely preserved with all text fields fully legible, presenting minor edge fraying, light scuffing, and period-correct shelf storage wear along the outer paper lid corners.
