Vintage 1916 American Waltham Watch Co. grade No. 620 model 1908 mechanical open-face pocket watch uniquely presented in an original nickel Waltham Watch & Clock Company salesman's skeleton display case. The specialized case features screw-off bezels fitted with clear glass windows on both the front and back sides, explicitly stamped along the polished metal perimeter ring with block branding text reading "WALTHAM WATCH & CLOCK COMPANY". The clean white porcelain enamel dial showcases stylized black Arabic numeral hour tracks, red marginal five-minute intervals from 5 to 60, a sunken sub-seconds register above the 6 position, matching blued steel spade hands, and a printed upper brand signature reading "WALTHAM".
