Cast and galvanized metal valve assembly bolted to a weathered wood board, the sort of hardware that comes out of an old barn, well house, or farm water line. The body is a heavy cylinder with a threaded pipe fitting at one end and a long looped steel lever pinned across the top that lifts and drops to work the valve. Raised lettering was cast into the cylinder, but oxidation has eaten the surface and none of it reads clearly in the photos, so no maker can be named here. The metal carries even rust and gray oxidation with pitting across the housing, and the board is dry and gray with open splits, nail holes, and dark weather staining. Measured against the ruler the board runs about 6 inches long and just under 3 inches wide, and the whole assembly is about 13 inches end to end including the lever. Condition is fair, consistent with long outdoor service, and the piece reads best as antique farm or industrial decor. Not tested for function. Sold as-is.
