One United States $20 Federal Reserve Note, Series 1995, Atlanta district, serial F57546585A, green Treasury seal, with the Withrow and Rubin signatures, Jackson on the face and the White House on the back. It is well circulated, soft and limp: several vertical folds including a strong one through the left of the portrait, a horizontal center fold, and dingy tan-gray paper with heavier soiling at the top edge and across the right third. The upper left corner is folded over and dog-eared, the lower left is rounded, the edges are wavy with small nicks, and a short shallow split sits near the top right. The back is grubby cream with light brown edge soiling and a small brownish spot near the top center. Something to learn: the FW in the lower right plate number means the note was printed at the Fort Worth, Texas plant of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, which opened in 1991. Honest talk: a circulated 1990s note with no star, no fancy serial and no error is worth face value only. Estimated Value: $17 to $18. Sold as-is.
