A cased set of silver-plated teaspoons, featuring an Art Deco design with stepped, tapering terminals and vertical reeded decoration. The spoons are presented in a black hinged box with a blue satin-lined lid and a velvet-lined base with individual recesses. The reverse of each handle is stamped with five individual marks, including the letters E and P, a crown symbol, and a stylized letter S (recheck), indicating electroplated nickel silver (EPNS). An additional maker's mark is present to the left of the sequence but is not clearly legible. Condition: The spoons show significant tarnish to the bowls and handles. There are visible signs of wear to the silver plating on the raised edges and high points of the terminals. The presentation case shows external scuffing to the corners and internal wear consistent with age.
