Imperial Tone-Ray Clip-on Sunglasses

An individual set of vintage clip-on sunglasses by Imperial, featuring Tone-Ray Scientific Anti-Glare lenses. The unit consists of two green-tinted lenses set within gold-toned metal wire frames. Six integrated tension clips are positioned around the rims to facilitate attachment to a pair of spectacles. The set is accompanied by a brown textured protective case, featuring a soft internal lining and a single metal press-stud closure. The case is embellished with gold-stamped lettering that reads IMPERIAL TONE-RAY SCIENTIFIC ANTI-GLARE LENSES. Lens width approx. 5.1 cm. Condition: The item is in vintage condition. The lenses show light surface dust and minor smudging. The metal frames display a slight aged patina. The case shows moderate wear including scuffing to the edges and partial fading of the gold-stamped lettering.
