A vintage Ronson Comet Varaflame butane pocket lighter, complete with its original presentation box and documentation. The lighter features a black textured body with polished chrome-finished caps at the top and base. The upper chrome section is engraved with the Ronson name and incorporates five circular ventilation holes. The base is fitted with a central flame adjustment dial and carries the impressed markings MADE IN FRANCE and BREVETE S.G.D.G. to one side, with a Ronson logo above marque déposée to the other. The lot is presented in its original black textured box with gold-tone lettering and a patterned interior insert. Accompanying the lighter is a pink Ronson Guarantee and Service Policy document with registration number H 11235. Box dimensions: approx. 11.4 cm x 8.3 cm (measured from a visible tape measure showing inches only). Condition: The lighter is in good vintage condition with light surface scratches to the chrome sections and minor signs of use. The presentation box shows minor wear to the corners and edges. The functional condition of the lighter and its internal seals is untested.
