These German World War II black pebbled leather ammunition pouches were designed for the Karabiner 98k rifle. Each pouch unit features three individual compartments with securing straps, metal closure studs, rear belt loops, and a central D-ring for field suspenders. One pouch displays manufacturer markings for Söhne, Friedberg, stamped with the date 1942, alongside late-war Reichsbetriebsnummer (RBNr.) code stamps "0/0396/0027" and "0/1032/0001". Additional manufacturer codes including "bml/42" are visible on the reverse side. The leather shows heavy period use, surface creasing, and minor scuffing while maintaining structural integrity.
