Pre-WWII German military binoculars produced by Carl Zeiss in Jena. The 6x30 model features stamped plate markings including the framed "CARL ZEISS JENA" logo, the serial number 1750257, and reticle unit designation "H/6400". The binoculars measure 4.5 inches high by 6.5 inches wide (11.4 cm H x 16.5 cm W) and weigh 600 grams (1 lb 5.2 oz). Construction includes metal frame elements and textured brown body coverings. The central hinge pivot and individual diopter focus controls function smoothly. Optics are clear and viewing remains unaffected, though an edge spall is visible on the left lens element. Paint touch-ups appear on portions of the metal frame and prism cover caps, consistent with field use and preservation.
