Published jointly in 1934 by cigarette manufacturers Eckstein-Halpaus, Waldorf-Astoria, and Haus Neuerburg, this original collectible cigarette card album is titled Die Nachkriegszeit: Historische Bilddokumente 1918–1934. Bound in bright orange cloth-backed paper wrappers with a graphic globe and magnifying glass cover motif, the volume presents a historical chronicle of interwar Germany. The interior contains printed German narrative text alongside tipped-in color and monochrome photo cards depicting post-WWI labor strikes, Reichswehr military maneuvers, aviation developments, foreign diplomatic visits, and 1930s political rallies. The album measures 13.75 x 11.25 inches. Condition is consistent with age and light handling. The paper wrappers show minor edge rubbing, corner bumping, and light surface smudging. Interior pages are clean, firmly bound, and complete with all photo cards intact and mild margin toning.
