This 1941 Walking Liberty Half Dollar features Adolph A. Weinman’s iconic design of Liberty walking toward the rising sun, carrying branches of laurel and oak. The reverse depicts a majestic bald eagle perched on a mountain outcrop. The Walking Liberty Half Dollar was introduced in 1916 and remained in production through 1947.
