This collection of one ceramic mugs includes porcelain pieces manufactured in the German Democratic Republic and Romania. The assortment features items from the Kahla and Ilmenau (Graf von Henneberg Porzellan) factories, as well as the Stipo factory in Dorohoi. The collection displays a variety of forms, primarily straight-sided cylindrical mugs, some with vertically ribbed or fluted bodies, and one baluster-shaped example with a flared rim. Each piece is decorated with polychrome transfer floral sprays, including depictions of roses, tulips, and bluebells. Many of the fluted examples are accented with gilded rims. Markings on the bases include the Kahla crown stamp for the German Democratic Republic, the Ilmenau crest for Graf von Henneberg Porzellan, and the blue Stipo Dorohoi stamp for Romania. Condition: The items are in good overall condition with minor surface wear and occasional small nicks to the foot rims consistent with age and domestic use. Some wear is present to the gilding on the rims of certain pieces.
