A motorised treadmill produced by Freespirit, identified by model number MM-2203. The machine is constructed with a black frame and motor cover, featuring a deck marked as a Softrak running surface. The electronic console is equipped with five digital display windows to monitor speed, distance, time, calories, and incline. The control interface is bilingual in English and French, including tactile buttons for speed and incline adjustment alongside a start and stop function. The unit includes five preset workout programmes: Hill, Pyramid, Weight Loss, Interval Walker, and Interval Runner. A red safety pull-stop key is attached to the console.
