An antique Victorian-era sugar shaker (muffineer) or large condiment caster featuring a vibrant, transparent cranberry glass body. The glass is blown and shaped into a multi-sided, faceted twelve-panel design that narrows toward the top and catches the light beautifully. It is fitted with its original screw-on silver-plated or pewter dome lid, which features stylized, pierced geometric star and circular perforations for shifting sugar or spices. The shaker is in excellent antique condition. The cranberry glass body is clean with rich, consistent coloration and no cracks, deep scratches, or cloudiness; the interior shows minimal residue from historical use. The metal lid screws onto the threaded glass neck smoothly and securely, displaying a natural aged patina with light surface wear, minor oxidation, and tiny pin-prick dings entirely consistent with a functional tabletop piece of its age. Measures 5.5"H x 2.25'W.
