A substantial matched pair of tall "Cambridge Lamp"-marked gilt bronze candlesticks in the Rococo Revival taste, each modeled with a richly ornamented tripod base terminating in paw-form feet and decorated throughout with scrolling acanthus, foliate, shell, and cartouche motifs. The tall graduated baluster stems rise through multiple molded sections to broad drip pans and foliate candle cups, presently fitted with tall ivory-colored pillar candles. Their sculptural profiles, heavy cast construction, and elaborate surface treatment give the pair a commanding architectural presence suitable for a mantel, console, or formal interior. Both are marked "CambridgeLamp" on bottoms. The gilt bronze surfaces show age-related patina, tarnish, rubbing, scattered discoloration, and general surface wear, with visible wax or adhesive residue around one candle cup; overall they remain highly decorative and present well as a pair. One is broken on part that holds candle. Measure 17"H x 6"W, candles are an additional 7"H and are used.
