A collection of Canadian 25-cent coins struck in .800 silver. The group includes issues dated 1940, 1944, and 1945. The obverse features the George VI uncrowned portrait design with the legend GEORGIVS VI D:G:REX ET IND:IMP:. The reverse displays the caribou design alongside the denomination and date. All coins have reeded edges. Condition: The coins show circulation wear consistent with grades ranging from fine to very fine. The 1940 and 1944 specimens exhibit significant dark toning and peripheral tarnish. The 1945 examples show more uniform surfaces with moderate wear to the design elements.
